Service description

Stork Cast is a free web application that lets groups of friends create prediction pools about an expected baby's details (name, weight, date, etc.) and compete for the best guess.

User responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You must not submit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You must not attempt to access other users' data or manipulate scores

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, reverse-engineering the app, or using automated tools to access the service.

Intellectual property

The Stork Cast name, logo, and application code are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Content you submit (predictions, display names) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the app.

Limitation of liability

Stork Cast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. The app is for entertainment purposes only.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy.
